BIRTH CHART READINGS/ ASTRO THERAPY

A special kind of therapy, have you ever wondered about your Zodiac sign, but wanted to know more? This is an in-depth Horoscope birth chart reading, where you will understand how to incorporate your rising, moon and sun sign into your everyday life and what it all means. So that you can connect and know yourself on a deeper level. All that is needed is your time, date and place of birth.

These classes/ workshops and Yoga Parties are created for your little ones to feel happy and free. For the kids, that dream, and are a little wild. Come play and imagine a whole new magical world, using the traditional yoga practice and breathing techniques to benefit and relax your children.

A special kind of yoga practice designed just for teens. This class will allow a safe space for your dream teen to stretch, move and breathe as they relax into themselves balancing hormones, stress levels and any feelings they are experiencing. 

Astro Reiki Restorative Yoga Class

Astrology + Reiki & Restorative Yoga = HEAVEN!

Join Valentine in her NEW weekly Astrology Reiki & Restorative Yoga class where you will practice Restorative & Yin Yoga, receive Reiki healing treatments during the class and use Astrology as a guidance system (You will also learn more about Reiki energy healing and it benefits as well as Astrology, Valentine has been practicing Reiki for 7 years!). This dreamy cosmic class is 1 hour and 15 minutes. We will set intentions around current Astrology in the cosmos, tune in with fairy cards and glorious organic essential oils. This nourishing combo of rejuvenating Yoga Practice, Reiki Healing and aligning with Astrology will leave you floating on a cloud... Every week has a different theme and focus.... All welcome.
